This Is Not a Government Office or Records Custodian. We operate a private reference site. We cannot pull records, certify copies, confirm who lives at an address, or remove anyone from a roll or database. Those requests go to the office that holds the record. For emergencies, dial 911. If you believe you are being stalked or harassed, contact local police.

Where to Request a Record

Use the custodian that holds the Bellevue record:

  • Owners along a street: use the Bellevue street directory
  • Older volumes and past residents: consult the Bellevue city directory collections
  • Verifying one person: follow the Bellevue resident lookup workflow
  • Municipal records: Bellevue City Clerk, City Hall, 450 110th Avenue NE, Bellevue, WA 98009; 425-452-6806, or public-records line 425-452-4283; inspection is generally Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Records not online: submit a Washington Public Records Act request to the office that keeps the material
